Two professionals. One complete vision of your event
Sense Of Celebration takes on the concept, the venue, the vendors, the timing, the decor, the catering, the printed materials and the hosting — and coordinates all of it on the day itself.
The company grew out of real demand. Diana was regularly asked by friends and referred clients to help arrange a celebration or find reliable vendors. Volodymyr was approached for professional hosting. Combining organisation, coordination, visual direction and hosting into one team turned those separate requests into a single, finished event.
There are no fixed packages. Every proposal is shaped around the format, the length, the venue, the number of guests and what the evening needs to feel like.

Diana Pohrebniak
Builds the concept and the whole picture of the celebration, sets the timing and keeps every detail under control. From the first conversation she already sees the shape of the event, which is what makes the planning calm rather than reactive.
Her background in animation work and working with children in Vienna shaped a steady response to anything unexpected on the day, and an eye for the small details guests remember.

Volodymyr Biletskyi
Writes the scenario, hosts and moderates the programme, runs the interactive segments and keeps guests comfortable. The tone stays intelligent and unobtrusive — never the loud compere.
Experienced in running Mafia games and moderating both private and corporate events, with more than 200 hours of hosting behind him.

No. We work in Ukrainian, Russian, English and German, so we can organise and host international events.
Yes. Sense Of Celebration can take on the full organisation — from developing the concept and finding the venue through to hosting and coordinating on the day itself.
Yes. You can order hosting, coordination, scenario writing, vendor sourcing or any other single element separately.
No. The team is based in Austria but organises events in other European countries and worldwide.
It depends on the scale and content of the event. The earlier you get in touch, the more choice there is in venues and vendors. That said, we have organised a corporate event in another country in seven days.
Every proposal is calculated individually and depends on the format, duration, number of guests, venue, programme, decor, catering and other components.
