Data collected through the contact form
When you send a request we process the name, phone number, email address, event type, preferred date, approximate number of guests and message you provide. We use this information solely to call you back and to discuss the event you are planning.
Legal basis
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept only as long as necessary to handle your request and to meet statutory retention obligations. The concrete retention period is to be confirmed.
Analytics
Analytics is not yet connected. Once it is, this section must state the tool used, the data collected, the legal basis and how consent is obtained.
Fonts and external resources
This website loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page is opened, a connection to Google servers is established and your IP address may be transmitted. If this is not acceptable, the fonts should be self-hosted before launch.
